Role Overview
- Align job profiles with store supervisors
- Support job posting and candidate sourcing
- Screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage the workflow of selection processes
- Assist the team in conducting selection processes
- Refer approved candidates to the responsible managers
- Track candidates through to hiring completion
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with people
- Organized and responsible
- Proactive with a genuine desire to learn
- Comfortable with digital tools (WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
