Drafting and reviewing contracts such as EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), O&Ms (operation and maintenance), offtake agreements, supply contracts, and others.
Participation in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts.
Contract management activities, such as drafting and reviewing notices, claims analysis, review of insurance policies, claims handling, pre-litigation advisory, among others.
Participation in audit procedures, including analysis of contracts and related documents and identification of transactional risks.

Law degree.
Experience with contracts and civil litigation/arbitration will be considered an advantage.
