Role Overview
- Provide transactional support across all aspects of the P&L
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with customers and airframers globally
- Provide program support
- Advise on regulatory compliance and communications with various stakeholders
- Support business needs through ability to travel and have significant on-site presence in East Hartford, Connecticut
Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience
- 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience
- Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration following hire
- U.S. Citizen
