Bachelor's or master's degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, and business intelligence
Proven ability to design and optimize Alteryx workflows
Solid working knowledge of SQL, including building and tuning complex queries
Strong understanding of relational and dimensional database concepts
Highly skilled in developing dashboards and visual stories using Tableau and Power BI
Deep understanding of data governance principles
Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated talent for translating complex analytics into actionable business insights
Familiarity with Python and/or R is a strong plus
