Role Overview
- Own the feed-based advertising strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin)
- Adapt core product feeds to meet platform-specific requirements and best practices
- Build modular creative frameworks that leverage feeds across platforms
- Design scalable campaign structures that balance control with automation
- Define KPIs appropriate for nascent channels (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, assisted conversions)
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of performance marketing experience, years of performance marketing experience with strong feed-based expertise
- Hands-on experience launching feed-based programs or scaling at least one of: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin
- Deep understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and automation-driven advertising
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to operate amid ambiguity
- Highly analytical, with comfort making decisions from incomplete data
- Proven ability to build programs from zero to scale
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment
- Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment
- Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadline and priorities with ease
- Test, Learn and Scale mindset with a strong bias for action
- Strong proficiency in Google sheets/Excel
