Role Overview
- Plan and conduct monitoring of physicians and nurses to ensure SLA compliance.
- Execute and track patient discharge processes efficiently within the system.
- Review and analyze discharge assessment reports and home assessment reports.
- Provide guidance to physicians and nurses regarding patients and clinical cases.
- Perform daily follow-up of hospitalized patients from admission through discharge.
- Analyze clinical progression, resource utilization, and adherence to care protocols.
- Identify opportunities to optimize length of hospital stay.
- Flag critical, high-cost, or long-stay cases.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nursing, physical therapy, and others).
- Support discharge processes and care transitions (e.g., home care).
- Liaise with hospitals, health insurers/operators, and service providers.
- Support concurrent audits, identifying non-compliance and care waste.
- Record information in systems and ensure data traceability.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and care indicators.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Nursing;
- Nursing Technician course – desirable;
