Directly responsible for the daily work of the audit team, recommending process and personnel changes to management as needed to ensure improved results.
Ensure monitoring of the clinical condition of hospitalized patients, guaranteeing the quality of information and its implications.
Identify possible inconsistencies or irregularities in care together with the external team and propose improvements.
Guide and supervise external auditor teams, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines, compliance with client SLAs, and adherence to account and concurrent audit schedules.
Provide training and guidance to external teams to standardize work.
Analyze reports and performance indicators related to the quality of external auditors.
Analyze reports and performance indicators to be presented monthly to the client portfolio.
Participate in meetings with clients to discuss cases and improvement strategies.
Provide guidance, supervision, and technical support in the execution of activities, ensuring standardization of audits.
Support sizing of technical teams, development of planning, monitoring of professional performance, quality control, and implementation of protocols and performance indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active COREN (Regional Nursing Council) registration;
Postgraduate degree in health auditing or management;
Preferably enrolled in or completed postgraduate studies in Health Auditing.
