Role Overview
Develop and lead integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies across owned, paid, direct mail, digital, and branch channels to support mortgage purchase, refinance, retention, and portfolio growth.
Translate strategic priorities into an annual marketing plan and detailed campaign calendar aligned to business goals, product roadmaps, and seasonal demand.
Own marketing strategy in support of community lending initiatives, partnering with business segment leaders, legal, and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment while advancing growth and CRA-related objectives.
Author clear, insight‑driven creative briefs that articulate strategy, audience, messaging, value proposition, success metrics, and execution requirements for cross‑functional partners and agencies.
Define and lead a test‑and‑learn roadmap to evaluate new audiences, offers, channels, messaging, and journeys, with a focus on improving engagement, conversion, and funded loan outcomes.
Partner with analytics to establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, interpret performance insights, and develop data‑backed optimization recommendations.
Monitor industry, consumer, and competitive trends within home lending to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and implications for marketing strategy.
Ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns from strategy through launch, optimization, and post‑campaign assessment, including adherence to brand, regulatory, and operational standards.
Manage the home lending marketing budget, including allocation, pacing, and monthly forecasting; ensure spend efficiency and ROI discipline.
Communicate strategy, performance, and insights to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and influencing decisions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 7 years of marketing strategy experience with home lending products and services
