Participate in events such as congresses and trade shows;
Oversee technical deliveries for previously sold products and carry out post-sales activities;
Conduct product demonstrations for clients;
Conduct analyses for market prospecting and new business development;
Conduct market research, together with the Manager/Supervisor, to identify opportunities and guide appropriate actions;
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders in the sales chain: insurance partners, hospitals, and surgeons;
Ensure that all controls under your responsibility are processed in accordance with procedures;
Use knowledge of sales techniques and finance to support negotiations;
Implement company policies, guidelines, and general standards, following operational procedures and instructions, with managerial approval to pursue continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related area (preferred);
Experience with TOTVS Datasul.
