Serve as a key advisor and lead partner in managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts within a technical consulting environment
Provide expert guidance on FAR/DFARS compliance
Evaluate complex solicitation and agreement requirements
Lead the development, review, and negotiation of contractual documents such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Subcontracts
Work closely with Sales, Program Managers, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders
Ensure contract terms align with business objectives, mitigate risk, and support the successful delivery of consulting services
Contribute to advancing organizational contracting practices through policy development, process improvements, and consistent application of best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
5-7 years of progressive experience in contracts, subcontracts, and/or combination of experiences
Experience in government contracts and subcontracts preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks
In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and general contracting principles
