Monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics
Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting
Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care
Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues
Ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education
Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care
Participate and/or coordinate committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives
Participate in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Two years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse
