In this role, you combine consulting, project management and client development to ensure that data-driven solutions deliver measurable value for our clients.
You advise our clients on data and analytics solutions, translate business requirements into actionable technical concepts, and support them from idea to implementation.
You take responsibility for complex projects with up to 15 project team members, prioritize tasks and ensure that deliverables are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You lead project teams through all phases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive clear decisions and maintain composure under pressure.
Building close, trust-based client relationships is important to you: you actively develop existing accounts, identify new use cases, place appropriate services and thereby strengthen long-term partnerships.
You strengthen the team by sharing your experience, providing methodological and technical input, facilitating knowledge transfer and contributing to a professional yet collegial team culture.

You have at least 8 years of experience in a technically oriented, international consulting environment, ideally in Data & Analytics.
The Microsoft ecosystem is part of your daily environment: Cloud, Microsoft Fabric/Azure and on-premises architectures are familiar to you.
You have hands-on experience in Data Engineering and/or reporting and data analysis.
You hold a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics with an IT focus or a comparable qualification.
You have independently managed demanding projects, possess strong project management skills and can clearly communicate approaches and the value of your solutions to clients.
Revenue targets are neither unfamiliar nor uncomfortable for you.
You combine entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a clear focus on your clients.
Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the ability to successfully manage complex projects characterize you and bring you satisfaction.
Very good German and good English skills.
Willingness to travel (approx. 40%).
Nice-to-have skills: technology knowledge in data platform/BI (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience processing and analyzing large volumes of data and working with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage.
