Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of leadership experience
5+ years of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
Strong executive presence
Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
Financial and project management experience required
Effective communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and ideas
