Project Tracking: Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
Operational Maintenance: Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency.
Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items.
Milestone Support: Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations.
Client Coordination: Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff.
Requirements
Professional Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries.
Methodologies: Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and standard office suites (Microsoft/Google).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professional discretion and attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
