Partner with GM, Client Leaders & Cross Functional teams to drive organic sales growth for small to medium contractual partners in the Home Furnishings market.
Ensure program performance & sales goals are met.
Assures all contractual & compliance obligations are being met.
Ability to leverage various channels to influence retail partner to achieve growth goals.
Help maintain competitive information and optimize how we differentiate vs. the competition.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity to develop & improve client relationships as well as sell the value of our business services.
Provide value added analysis & reporting to client to evaluate & drive program performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
2+ years’ experience in sales and/or marketing roles managing or running a consumer finance or PLCC program or portfolio either from bank or retailer side of business.
2+ years’ experience in either client management or retail management.
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
