Lead team of subject-matter experts in various technology areas responsible for implementation and enhancement of the Customer Technology suite of systems and digital solutions within the Customer Operations Organization.
Serve as the Product Owner for agile scrum teams.
Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with company leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, other Product Owners, IT support, solution integrators, and technology vendors.

Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience, is required.
Minimum of ten years of electric and/or gas utility or related experience is required.
Five (5) years in a management and/or leadership capacity is highly desirable.
Must have a solid conceptual knowledge of Information Technology.
