About this role
Role Overview
Provides operational support for PDS 5-phase process implementation and system administration
Takes guidance from the PDS Transition Lead and can effectively translate high-level direction into actionable tasks
Assists with Capital Planning transitions and Relocation Project Management transitions
Functions as a reliable team member who helps maintain project timelines and quality standards
Generates process documentation, templates, and deliverables with feedback from the Transition Lead
Assists in documenting transition requirements, maintains workplan timelines, and tracks key activities and deliverables
Reviews, updates, generates PDS operational standards and conducts deep-dive analysis on account performance metrics
Provides administrative support for client communications and meeting coordination
Supports transformation analysis and application of best practice initiatives for existing clients across PDS, Capital Planning, and RPM service lines
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or real estate operations
Basic understanding of project management principles and construction/move management processes
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated ability to take high-level guidance and translate it into detailed execution plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and technology platforms quickly
Customer service orientation with professional demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Flexibility to support varying work schedules and occasional travel (up to 25%)
