Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, business administration or a related field.
A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant process and people leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience leading financial and operational turnarounds at acute care hospitals.
Demonstrated experience successfully leading turnaround or performance improvement initiatives in both hospital and medical group settings required.
Consulting experience (internal or external healthcare consulting) strongly preferred.
Proven strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial modeling, revenue cycle management, cost containment, and variance analysis in healthcare environments.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective executive-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.
Experience coaching and influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, prioritization, and rapid decision-making skills in high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word), Visio.
Ability to work independently, be proactive, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed to the assigned hospital(s).
Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, caring, and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration.
Proven knowledge and ability to successfully manage projects within a highly complex organizational structure and with limited direction.
Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement methodologies and/or executive coaching.
Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships with all levels of management/leadership and staff along with effective vendor interface/management experience.
