Own and maintain the product roadmap for Furscription and related prescription management capabilities
Partner with business, engineering, operations, support, and leadership to align priorities with strategic goals, customer needs, technical feasibility, and operational requirements
Translate business needs, customer feedback, and workflow insights into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Lead product ownership for end-to-end prescription workflows, including prescribing, routing, fulfillment-related experiences, and exception handling
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product enhancements, workflow improvements, and scalable operational solutions
Participate in backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, release planning, and product reviews
Incorporate compliance, auditability, permissions, and workflow integrity considerations into product planning and delivery
Define and monitor key product, operational, and adoption metrics; use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Improve product documentation, prioritization discipline, and knowledge transfer in a legacy product environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Veterinary Technology, or related field
8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, pharmacy technology, veterinary technology, or other workflow-intensive software environments
Experience owning or influencing roadmap, backlog, and cross-functional software delivery
Strong ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder needs into clear product plans and requirements
Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile, Scrum, or similar environments
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
