Leverage your extensive SAP consulting background to prepare, deliver, and follow up on comprehensive SAP/S4HANA trainings.
Support a global team of Key Users, providing them with advanced knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, capacity planning, and upskilling opportunities.
Collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve existing training concepts, integrating innovative and modern training methods.
Own and update training materials concerning your assigned stream (Record to Report).
Plan, prepare, and execute train-the-trainer sessions with the Key Users (functional, frameworks and soft skills enablement and coaching).
Support Key Users in planning and preparing for end-user training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning measures after implementation, document experiences, and communicate insights internally to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
5 years‘ experience in SAP and S/4HANA training and consulting on a global scale, with a proven track record in the field of software and IT solutions is essential.
Experience in global template rollout projects is essential.
Expert knowledge in SAP Record to Report (SAP R2R) and relevant modules (FI, CO, General Ledger, Asset Accounting) – Essential
Professional accounting qualification

Proficient in creating training plans and materials, coordinating, and implementing training concepts.
Exceptional hands-on mentality in communicating knowledge and content, with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.
Knowledge of discrete industries is needed.
Familiarity with mechanical engineering, high-tech, optics, and semiconductors is helpful.
Experience in managing cross functional resources in a global environment.
Strong Change Management experience.
Experience in owning and managing the end-to-end rollout of global IT related training projects.
Experience in capacity planning and upskilling.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business and training purposes. Travel will be max. 25%.
