Senior Training Specialist

Role Overview

• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training for electricians
• Facilitate training programs covering high-voltage systems and renewable energy systems
• Develop and continuously improve training curriculum and lesson plans
• Support the development of e-learning modules and blended learning programs
• Evaluate learner performance through assessments

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of industry experience in industrial electrical systems
• Background as an Industrial Electrician, Electrical Technologist, or Electrical Engineer
• 3–5 years of training or instructional experience
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and/or CSA Z462
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
