About this role

Develop, launch, present, and manage monthly regional promotions across email, text, and miscellaneous campaigns.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for local marketing activations in assigned regions.
Assist in creating and distributing sales promotion materials, including POS collateral.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of local events of varying scale.
Monitor and evaluate event performance and provide insights based on performance data.
Prepare and present all activation-related communications to stakeholders.
Develop content for the three regional social media pages.
Support the creation and distribution of club and member communications, event invites, promotions, and newsletters.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or relevant experience
2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong writing, storytelling, and editing capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally
Experience coordinating events and multiple stakeholders
Requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends year-round
Ability to be hands-on and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
