Lead the creation of a Center of Excellence for our client
Define best practices, establish architectural standards, and drive governance and operational excellence
Review and validate solution architecture aligned with Microsoft Power Platform best practices
Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources
Identify hidden dependencies such as SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scripts
Evaluate security settings at environment and tenant levels, including authentication and access control models
Analyze data connector usage to ensure compliance with regulations
Classify data and ensure alignment with retention, audit, and compliance policies
Assess performance and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements
Improve Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and ensure proper use of managed solutions
Implement monitoring and alerting across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure components
Validate licensing requirements and identify cost optimization opportunities
Provide high-level risk assessments and define urgent fixes, mid-term stabilization, and improvement plans

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practices
Hands-on experience with solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mapping
Strong knowledge of security models, authentication mechanisms, and tenant-level configurations
Experience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels
Experience with performance optimization and scalability analysis
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support models
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and propose remediation plans
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Upper-Intermediate English level
Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) will be a plus
Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments
Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
Understanding compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.)
Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure
