3+ years of experience within Financial services or wealth management technology or strategic partnerships
Demonstrated experience working directly with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Highly analytical, with ability to synthesize data and trends into clear recommendations
Proven project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
