Contribute to driving the change management and communication aspects of E.ON’s Digital HR Transformation
Create compelling content for our intranet and other communication channels, including writing engaging copy and producing and editing videos
Support the communication and execution of events and trainings
Gain practical experience in change management, communications, and digital HR transformation while developing valuable skills and knowledge
Build a strong network within E.ON’s digital and HR community

Currently enrolled as a master’s student in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, etc.)
Initial knowledge or experience in change management and/or communications is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
