Role Overview
- Advising public and private sector clients on industry practices in the planning and financing of capital and infrastructure projects
- Executing capital-raising and sell-side M&A mandates
- Developing complex financial models used in equity valuation and project finance
- Managing projects and reviewing the work of other team members for quality
Requirements
- Experience in capital projects and infrastructure in an industry or consulting capacity
- Experience in project finance or in financial modeling is considered an asset
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
- Interest in finance, M&A, capital raising with a foundational knowledge in valuation
- University degree in a relevant discipline (business, accounting, finance, law, engineering, etc.)
