Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration or construction
• Sound planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Estimating experience with Xactimate
• IICRC certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process.
• If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
