Provide administrative support to an EVP level and other senior leaders (up to four)
Manage calendar scheduling
Arrange travel
Coordinate expense reporting
Prepare meeting materials
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to communicate and exhibit professionalism with executives
General administrative functions, including answering phone calls, coordinating vendors, gathering and production of presentations
Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years in administrative role supporting Director level or above
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Experience supporting VP and above desired
Experience with and curiosity about a variety of technology products
Curiosity to learn the financial services business
Work under basic supervision making decisions within general guidelines
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
