Design and implement MDM solutions using tools such as Informatica MDM, IBM Infosphere, or similar platforms.
Develop data models, match and merge rules, and workflows to support master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor).
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
Integrate MDM systems with source and target applications using ETL, APIs, or messaging frameworks.
Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, and validation processes.
Maintain metadata and documentation for MDM processes and data flows.
Monitor and troubleshoot MDM jobs and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Support data governance initiatives by enforcing standards and policies related to master data.
Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities.

5+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation
Proficiency with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM Infosphere, or Talend
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
Experience with data governance frameworks and metadata management.
