Develop and own the overarching social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Define the role of each platform within the broader marketing and revenue ecosystem
Build structured strategic plans for campaigns, launches, product drops, and evergreen initiatives
Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and business objectives
Identify and implement strategies to turn social media into a measurable revenue channel
Leverage tools such as ManyChat, DM automation, and conversion-focused frameworks
Align social initiatives with product launches, promotions, and revenue goals
Provide direction to internal creative and content teams on content priorities
Analyze performance data to identify high-performing formats and messaging
Continuously refine strategy based on engagement, conversion, and audience insights
Stay informed on platform trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity
Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
Identify new opportunities and growth levers
Work closely with creative leadership, content teams, and marketing stakeholders
Ensure alignment across all social media initiatives
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on the evolution of social as a growth channel
Track performance across KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions, and revenue contribution
Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
Use data to continuously optimize and evolve strategy
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, growth marketing, or digital marketing
Experience working with consumer brands (fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
Proven track record of driving measurable business results through social media
Strong understanding of multi-platform social ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels)
Experience with conversion tools such as ManyChat and DM funnels
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic and commercially minded approach with a balance of creativity and performance focus
Proactive, resourceful, and highly accountable, with the ability to operate both strategically and collaboratively.
