Manage job postings across external job boards and internal platforms.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track candidate progress.
Screen resumes for basic qualifications and route candidates appropriately.
Communicate interview details, status updates, and document requirements to candidates.
Manage offer approval workflows and prepare offer letters.
Initiate and monitor background checks, reference checks, and medical checks.
Collect, verify, and file new hire documents in Workday for localized and non‑localized hires.
Share new hire details with CRES and IT for workspace, systems access, and equipment setup.
Send welcome emails and support onboarding coordination.
Maintain the New Hire Tracker and ensure accurate completion of Workday onboarding tasks.
Support IRG activities and assist with recruitment events or career fairs as needed.
