Requirements
- 15+ years leading environmental permitting, routing/siting, impact assessment, or regulatory strategy for electric transmission projects.
- Established relationships with utilities, developers, or transmission owners.
- Experience in the Texas market (ERCOT/PUCT experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership delivering complex capital projects and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial acumen with exposure to business development or account growth.
- Direct ERCOT market design experience or PUCT testimony (not required for consideration).
- Experience shaping transmission strategy, interconnection, or grid modernization initiatives.
