You drive the development of the hardware product category (e.g., tents, sleeping bags & pads, outdoor furniture, electronics)
You are responsible for assortment planning and merchandising for the above product groups, including seasonal sales planning
This includes, in particular, developing assortment strategy, performing assortment analysis and planning, planning and purchasing for external brands, owning margin and gross profit targets, and ensuring alignment with Globetrotter's sustainability policy, CSR strategy and purchasing guidelines
You contribute to creating go-to-market and merchandising ideas for your assortment and work closely with colleagues from Marketing and Sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration (BWL) or an equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Very good written and spoken English
Good Microsoft 365 skills with a strong affinity for Excel
