Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, procedures, and other legal documents
Support day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company
Collaborate closely with software developers, analysts, marketing managers, finance teams, and management to drive projects forward while minimizing legal risks
Work with different regulations in the field of digital advertising, ensuring compliance when working with publishers and advertisers
In coordination with the Company DPO and where necessary, regularly monitor and analyze applicable provisions of GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, CPRA, TTPA and other relevant regulations
Stay closely informed about upcoming legal, regulatory, and industry changes in adtech and communicate updates to relevant internal teams
Handle customer claims and address legal concerns professionally and efficiently
Support the setup and review of payment instruments and collaborate closely with the finance team on related legal and compliance matters
Dispatch and file documents accurately in internal databases
Own and independently manage assigned legal processes and tasks from start to finish
Negotiate agreements and commercial terms effectively to protect the company’s interests
Conduct internal trainings for team members on the legal aspects of their work within the company.
Requirements
Holds a degree in law
Has 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including 2–3 years in the IT industry
Has strong experience in international business and commercial legal matters
Demonstrates a solid understanding of digital advertising, adtech, and compliance requirements in relationships with publishers and advertisers
Has proven experience drafting internal and external policies and procedures
Is a strong negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Possesses excellent spoken and written English
Learns quickly and adapts well to changing environments
Has a meticulous eye for detail and strong research skills.
