Ensure courses are set up correctly in the learning platform and that content, assessments, and resources are accessible as planned.
Monitor learner engagement, progress, and completion using LMS dashboards and reporting tools.
Supervise and coordinate Teaching Assistants supporting TEC courses.
Work closely with faculty and curriculum leads to operationalize course designs and assessment plans.
Prepare regular summaries on learner enrollment, progress, completion, and support needs.
Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners on LMS configuration, learner access, and credential workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Experience supervising Teaching Assistants, student workers, or instructional support staff.
Familiarity with large-scale, self-paced online learning environments.
Experience supporting adult learners, first-generation learners, or learners in nontraditional settings.
Exposure to digital skills, workforce-aligned training, or credential-based education programs.
