Partner with cross-functional teams and teams in regions to advance organizational priorities, drive strategy alignment, and achieve commercial goals.
Build a deep understanding of the business, technology development and strategy, and market opportunities.
Inform an integrated global communications and marketing communications plan.
Work in close collaboration with functional colleagues around the world, including Global Strategic Marketing, Brand Marketing, Region Commercial, MedTech global communications, Human Resources, Legal, and Johnson & Johnson leadership.
Lead a team of communicators and independently lead project teams of agency professionals on both an ongoing and as needed basis.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Public Affairs, or closely related field (required).
Minimum 10 years leading communications in a corporate, government, or agency environment (required).
Experience in healthcare and/or consumer health communications (required).
Demonstrated success in content strategy, media relations, digital and social channels, and integrated communications campaigns.
Strong track record of independently driving high‑impact communication programs across multiple audiences.
Exceptional writing and presentation development skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong influence, relationship‑building, and executive‑level communication capabilities.
Deep understanding of media analytics, content strategy, and brand and marketing communications.
