Lead the creation of key sales deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information

Play an active role in contract negotiation
Communicate effectively with customers about technical capabilities
Requirements
Business, technical, or other advanced degree
A minimum of ten years experience
Five years of Bid Management experience in data center colocation industry
PMP or additional certifications preferred
Familiarity with Bid Management methodology
Five years of bid-management professional experience ideally in data center colocation industry or provider of complex technical systems and/or solutions
Two years minimum experience with data center operators or parallel industry
Two years progressive experience in large sales organization
Strong affinity for sales and proposal development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret complex and technically detailed opportunities
Strong project management capabilities
Solid understanding of data center industry solutions and services
High proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office and AI-based productivity tools
