Acting as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO, helping translate business objectives into clear priorities and actions
Leading UK PR activity by shaping narratives, writing press releases, pitching stories, and building visibility in relevant media
Supporting thought leadership through awards, speaking opportunities, and positioning Hyperion’s leaders as credible voices in sustainable construction
Owning and executing the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, website content, and sales materials
Working closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and support project acquisition
Creating and maintaining high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
Evaluating and managing industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships with a clear focus on business impact
Overseeing website content, SEO, analytics, and digital performance
Requirements
Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, sustainability, or another relevant technical sector
Confident in hands-on marketing execution and enjoy owning work end-to-end
Some experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation, positioning, or senior-level discussions
Proven track record in content marketing, communications, PR, or thought leadership-related work
Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and organic growth
Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
