Drive proactive sales efforts
Provide back-office support for the Territory Sales Manager
Identify untapped market areas and gaps in the sales network
Support customers with new product launches, pre-orders, and ongoing account management
Ensure smooth and efficient handling and escalation of customer complaints
Use data to monitor and analyze customer performance
Manage and maintain customer data in D365

Initial relevant experience in (B2B) sales or inside sales
Fluent in French and strong written and spoken English and German
High sales affinity, enjoyment of active selling, and strong customer focus
Confident use of CRM/data management systems (ideally MS Dynamics D365) and Google Suite
Good numerical and analytical skills
Initiative, structured and solution-oriented approach
