Contribute to ensuring compliance with contractual obligations related to the rights-of-way under management, monitor ancillary revenue, and track opportunities and threats identified within the Business Unit, interacting with the concessionaire's various departments and service providers.
Support the Business Unit's institutional area on right-of-way matters during meetings with the granting authority and various public administration bodies, such as the Public Prosecutor's Office, autonomous agencies, and municipal governments.
Participate in administering the Business Unit's rights-of-way, maintaining continuous interaction with different clients, public officials, and regulatory agencies.
Contribute to the dissemination of regulatory knowledge, especially on rights-of-way topics, across the Business Unit's departments.
Support the implementation of client projects by identifying opportunities to improve road safety, reduce economic risks to the business, and increase toll and non-toll revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in highway rights-of-way management.
Experience in negotiation.
Must reside in Londrina (PR) or nearby cities.
Experience participating in the implementation of federal highway concession projects.
Knowledge of georeferencing and agile tools.
