Monitor and analyze Actual vs. Theoretical COGS (Cost of Goods Sold);
Monitor variances by store, region and SKU;
Build variance analyses (volume, mix, price and cost);
Identify opportunities and risks affecting results;
Work closely with store teams (GAs, GOs, regional leadership);
Translate numbers into practical operational actions;
Support the development of processes such as: weekly inventory; loss and waste control; adherence to recipes/technical sheets;
Investigate significant COGS deviations;
Connect impacts across Supply, Operations and Finance;
Propose structural improvements;
Ensure the quality of data sources (SAP, SIR, etc.);
Support the monthly COGS closing;
Enhance existing processes and controls;
Structure and monitor routines (RMR, closings, reports);
Build and develop analyses using: advanced Excel; Power BI; support dashboard automation and improvement; work with large volumes of data (stores, SKUs, weeks);
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Experience with costs, COGS or controllership;
Advanced Excel (mandatory);
Experience with large databases;
Experience with operations (retail / food / manufacturing) is a plus;
Power BI (significant plus);
Analytical skills, sense of ownership and strong communication skills for interaction with business areas;
Organized profile, with attention to deadlines, delivery quality and a critical view of numbers.
