Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Technology or related fields.
Proven experience in commercial management and leading sales teams, preferably in B2B sales.
Experience with consultative sales of technology solutions, software, digital services or IT products.
Proven track record of meeting targets and developing commercial strategies.
Knowledge of sales funnel management, commercial KPIs and revenue predictability.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and negotiation ability.
