Post receivables reconciliations in the ERP system using bank return files and manual adjustments.
Identify the composition of received payments from bank deposits and credit card transactions.
Send bank collection remittances (boletos).
Analyze and correct potential collection inconsistencies.
Respond to customer inquiries related to the area.
Process payment term extensions, return-related discounts, and discounts from commercial agreements.
Monitor the bank collection portfolio (boletos).
Monitor automated collection for customers overdue up to 9 days.
Perform collections on delinquent customers.
Monitor automatic submission of protests for customers overdue more than 10 days.
Receive and file customer protest documents.
Issue and send clearance letters to customers who have settled their outstanding balances.
Monitor and reconcile advance payment balances.
Identify credited funds and release sales orders paid in cash/advance.
Follow up and collect on the settlement of pending discounts.
Support collections on aged receivables.
Collect outstanding customer balances (e-commerce).
Monitor pending issues related to return registrations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in progress in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Desirable experience with Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in the field is preferred.
