Accounts Receivable Insurance Specialist – Hospital Billing, Epic

Role Overview

• Manage accounts receivable in compliance with regulatory and billing guidelines
• Collection of outstanding receivables through payer portals and phone lines
• Responsible for accurate billing of insurance claims and following up on outstanding receivables
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure claims are processed correctly

Requirements

• Must have Hospital Billing and Epic experience
• Ability to take initiative and accept direction
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
