Agile Driver Support: Direct support via WhatsApp/DMS to resolve route and address issues.
KPI Maintenance: Keep systems (WMS/TMS) and performance spreadsheets updated with meticulous accuracy.

Intermediate Excel: Essential for cross-referencing freight data and producing end-of-shift reports.
Autonomy: Ability to make quick decisions without constant direct supervision.
