Manage the full product lifecycle (discovery, definition, delivery and evolution) for the Digital Account and Credit journeys.
Improve key experiences such as onboarding, transactions and payments (including boleto payments), account balance, account statements and limit management, ensuring simplicity, reliability and scalability.
Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, monitoring regulatory developments applicable to payment accounts and credit products.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations and risk/compliance teams to guarantee high availability, performance and security.
Prioritize the backlog based on data, impact and risk while keeping alignment with business strategy.
Monitor metrics such as activation, conversion, operating cost, uptime and SLAs.
Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications that are well understood by the team.
Support the development of new products and integrations with partners (financial institutions, processors, credit bureaus, etc.).
Explore the application of AI to product, especially to optimize onboarding, reduce friction and generate data-driven insights.
Act as a product coolhunter, identifying trends, behavior patterns and market best practices to inform discovery and the product roadmap.
Requirements
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for digital products.
Hands-on experience with Digital Accounts, Payments or Credit products.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
