Monitor and analyze developments in the financial market and develop new requirements and innovative product ideas.
Evaluate and prioritize product requirements and ideas using agile methodologies and create user stories.
Own cross-functional analysis, definition and alignment of requirements.

Requirements
University degree in economics, business administration or business informatics (information systems).
Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner.
Strong affinity for new technologies, digitization, usability and design with a mobile-first perspective.
Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in an increasingly digital world.
Fluent German (at least C1 level).
Good English skills (B2 level).
Strong abstraction ability, conceptual strength, creativity and innovation.
Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and ideally corresponding certifications.
