Own and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, meetings, pipeline stages, and deal status
Prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries for management review
Track key commercial metrics including leads, conversions, absorption, and revenue progress
Coordinate internal and external sales meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Manage commercial calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics
Ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial documentation, offers, and approvals
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support deal progression
Maintain organized records of contracts, approvals, and commercial correspondence
Flag inconsistencies, risks, or delays in commercial processes to management
In addition to sales operations responsibilities, support selected office and commercial team administrative needs, including coordination of internal commercial events, meetings logistics, and management of commercial-related office supplies and stationery, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales operations, or operations support
Strong organizational and process management skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
Professional communication skills and sound judgment
