Telephone contact with inbound leads, existing contacts and defined target companies
Follow-up on inquiries, event contacts, campaign leads and reactivated contacts
Independently perform initial qualification of companies according to defined criteria
Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for our Account Executives
Structured documentation of all conversations and activities in the CRM system
Systematic processing of lead lists and campaigns
Close coordination with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve lead quality
Provide feedback on objections, market insights and conversation outcomes
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales, customer service, call center or B2B customer contact is an advantage
Confident phone manner and enjoyment in addressing decision-makers
Structured, reliable and independent way of working
Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
High level of commitment and strong communication skills
Interest in technically complex or consultative B2B solutions
Basic understanding of energy, infrastructure or industrial contexts is a plus
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
