Role Overview
- Lead the accounting team and ensure high performance

- Oversee financial reporting and client engagement responsibilities
- Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- CPA, CMA, CA (or equivalent) in good standing
- 5+ years in progressive leadership roles in property management accounting or commercial real estate finance
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an accounting team
- Hands-on experience designing and enforcing financial controls
- Strong capability to standardize procedures and documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong background with property accounting software (preferably Yardi)
